Tree Swallow Babies at the Townsend River Walk & Arboretum
This week we had our first hatching of Tree Swallows that had used our newest Bluebird House as a nesting site. It is hard to tell how many their nest is deep and covered with feathers. At least three or four have hatched and one egg was remaining on Tuesday morning. We will check later this week to see if we can get a count.
