Together with Keep Blount Beautiful and the Little River Watershed Association we will be holding an Invasive Removal Maintenance Day at the Townsend River Walk & Arboretum (TRWA).
A walk-thru of the TRWA removing Japanese Honeysuckle, Privet, Mimosa and other invasives that have put down roots over the past year.
We will also be completing invasive removal on an area that will be part of our future storm drainage filtration project.
All are welcome to join us.
An informal picnic lunch will be provided at 11:45 at the Pollinator Garden.
